Meet the Owners

Capt. Kevin Graffagnino 631-926-4753

“My passion for boating started at the ripe age of 6 years old. My dad was an avid boater who bought boats, fixed them up, and started the love of boating that my whole family enjoys. Boating has always been in my blood – whether I’m cruising or at anchor with my wife, Mary Jo, daughter Jillian, and son Jack on our 42 Sea Ray Sundancer or out 100 miles offshore running a charter or fishing a tournament.

Like my business partner, Bruce Parker, I started my professional career in the Auto Industry as a Sales/General Manager. After 26 years in the industry, I decided to follow my passion, get my Captain's license, of which I possess a 100 Ton Master License, and get into boat sales and brokerage.

That is where I met Bruce. We handled brokerage for MarineMax on Long Island. We worked very well together and built an honest, trustworthy reputation from Manhattan to Montauk and everywhere in between.

We always go the extra mile for our clients, whether they are our buyer, seller, or both, by walking them through the sometimes very difficult process of boat buying and selling. Nevertheless, it’s always a happy experience on both ends.

More than 10 years later, I have decided to join Bruce on a journey to make boat buying and selling a happy and fun experience. I am looking forward to providing professional services while learning new ways to satisfy our clients!”

“Over the years, my wife and I have had a passion for boats and the water lifestyle, sharing that love with our children as well. After 30 years in the automotive field, I switched to the industry I truly love – boating.

Now over 18 years later, and hundreds of happy clients, I have moved on to have my own company. I am excited to work with Kevin so that we can help hundreds more either sell or buy a boat with ease.

I have an excellent reputation in the industry and work well with all the marinas here on Long Island as well as throughout the rest of the country. I look forward to working with you through the process of buying or selling your boat with professional skills.”

(Representing the NJ Shore)

As a young boy growing up in the Bronx about 10 years old I knew boating would be a part of my life as I was scraping barnacles off of my grandfather's wooden Chris Craft cabin cruiser. I was always around boats with friends and family as the years went on.

About 24 years ago I started my business as a financial advisor and it was stressful. I was newly married to my wife Monica and we had our first child Nicholas at the time and one day we rented a little boat with a 20HP outboard motor. My wife said, “I never saw you so relaxed”. It was then we realized we need a boat for the family. During the past 15 years, we owned 3 brand new Formula boats, a 280SS, 34PC, 40PC, and now a 50ft flybridge boat. I am now the “go-to” guy with friends and family for anyone that needs a boat. As a licensed master captain I run up and down the east coast helping clients move their boats to different locations. I would also work tirelessly to help you along with my partners, Kevin and Bruce to help you sell your boat and/or find the perfect boat.

(Representing Long Island and NY)

Boating has been a part of my life from an early age. Whether it was together as a family or fishing in the canyons with my Dad and my brother Kevin, we made great memories together.

When raising our family, My wife Danielle and I wanted to impart the same experiences I had growing up with my Daughters, Alexa, Olivia, and Ava, and boating became a way of life for us!! We started with a 27 ft Rinker and soon after grew into a 33ft Rinker. Weekends at the beach and endless cruising to different destinations made me realize that my passion for boating was taking me in directions I never imagined and now I am going to be part of selling boats and will be going for my Capt's license to do lessons and transports. The experiences I have had on the water motivate me to expand into what I have wanted to do my whole life, be on the water always. Boating has a special place in my heart and I look forward to helping you sell or buy your next boat so you can create the same traditions with your family. I want to help you do what we at Yacht Finders do best -- put the fun back in boating!!

Spencer Fuchs

(Representing Long Island)

My first career in boating and fishing started at 15 when I was hired by a neighbor at Schatz Brother's marina in Brooklyn where my dad kept the family 36’ Marblehead. I ran the Crystal Queen Sportfisherman for the owner who had admired the way I handled my dad’s boat. The family boat sold years later, then I bought my own 29’ Egg Harbor. I went to work for my family’s food brokerage business after graduating from Lehigh University where my fraternity brothers gave him the nickname “Fishy” because of my love of the sport. After marriage and two kids, I graduated to a family cruiser, a 37’ Egg Harbor FB Sedan. Well, you can’t fish seriously on that, so it led to a brand new 35 Bertram SF. With the right boat, I was ready to FISH! I have fished and placed in many of Long Island's biggest tournaments, but the best of all was fishing the Hemingway Invitational Marlin tournament in Barlovento Cuba, and coming in third among 42 “hot shot” pros from all parts of the world. In 1992, after retiring from the food business, I was asked to join Montauk Marine Yacht Basin sales by the late Carl Darrenberg. This was the start of the perfect 2nd act - combining my professional background with my love of boats and fishing. After two years, with the help of my wife Kathy, I opened my own office as Babylon Boat & Yacht Sales. Over the years, my path crossed with Bruce Parker. We traded leads and had a great working relationship. So when I heard Bruce had started a brokerage business with Kevin it seemed natural to join their team at Yacht Finders. And as they say, “the rest is history”. My years of experience in brokerage, and love of fishing and cruising make me the perfect person to help match buyers and sellers!

Taylor Vroon

(Representing Nashville and Middle Tennessee)

I grew up in Destin, Florida where my love for the water and boats began. Fishing on my family's 42’ Silverton was the highlight of my childhood and as I got older, I told myself I would always own a boat regardless of where I lived. Fast-forward 10 years and I found myself living in Nashville, Tennessee. I currently attend Belmont University, finishing up my business degree and running Division 1 Cross Country. My twin brother, Jackson, and I purchased a 1988 Boston Whaler Montauk 2 years ago and repowered it with a new 4-stroke Yamaha 70. When we aren’t working and meeting new people in Nashville, we enjoy spending our free time on Percy Priest Lake, where we also have a 22-foot O’Day sailboat. My true passion has always been boats and I am excited to join the Yacht Finders team where I can build relationships and fulfill potential customer’s needs.

My love for boats began as early as I can remember, growing up with the Florida bayou and the Gulf of Mexico practically in my backyard. When my family moved to the landlocked state of Tennessee, the passion my brother and I have for boats began to accelerate. While most 12-year old boys spent their summers with friends, we spent our time restoring Boston Whalers and sailboats. From sanding and painting fiberglass hulls to fishing on the Tennessee lakes, I enjoy being around boats no matter the circumstance. I am currently finishing up my bachelor’s degree at Belmont University, where I major in Economics. As a Division 1 Cross-Country and track runner, I hope to bring my competitiveness and patience to seeking boats for clients. I am very excited to be on the Yacht Finders team and I am looking forward to sharing my passion for boats with the Tennessee boating community.

(Representing Western Nassau and Suffolk County)

Growing up on Long Island, boating and fishing have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. My father taught me how to fish and run our 15 sailfish on the East Bay at an early age and I was hooked to the lifestyle from there! Throughout my life, I’ve spent countless hours inshore and offshore fishing on a variety of Boats and my passion for boating and appreciation for boats of all kinds has continued to grow. Fast forward to 2021 I now find myself entwined into the vast boating community in the Adirondacks in Upstate NY. I am truly excited to be a part of the Yachtfinders team, helping the upstate NY boating community find and sell their dream vessels and continue to enjoy the beautiful lakes, rivers, and bodies of water upstate NY has to offer!

John Panzarella

(Representing Western Nassau and Suffolk County)

Being that I grew up on the water on the south shore of Long Island, naturally, I’ve been boating since I’m in diapers. Being out on the boat with my family consumed my summers growing up and quickly turned into an obsession. My father showed me how to run his 15 Sailfish when I was entirely way too young and I haven’t sat passenger seat on a boat ever since. Years later, my brother and I set our eyes on a bare-bones 32 H & H from Cape Cod. Together, we remodeled the entire boat from top to bottom and turned it into our dream Tuna boat. Boating has been such a huge part of my life and I look forward to continuing to make great memories out on the water. Let me help you find the perfect boat so that you, too, can start making those same amazing memories!

Social Media & Marketing

Growing up on Long Island, I basically spent all my summers on the boat and at the beach. After graduating from St. John the Baptist High School, I attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where I pursued a B.B.A in Marketing. After working in the social media space for multiple local Nashville businesses during my undergrad, I knew I had a passion to help small businesses grow their social media presence and create quality content. I love working alongside my dad and Bruce, and the rest of the Yacht Finders Team. I currently reside in Nashville and in addition to running the Yacht Finders socials, I also serve as the Marketing and Grant Manager for the Nashville Dolphins nonprofit -- an amazing cause!
